What happens if I want to return or exchange something?

Our products carry the following Guarantee options:

If during the Guarantee period, any Pres Les product becomes unfit for further use through normal wear and tear, excluding normal fading, provided the washing and care instructions have been followed, the damaged product will be:

• Replaced free of charge
• Or, if the product is no longer available, replaced with a product of equivalent value.
• An equivalent credit will be passed on to purchase of any other Pres Les product.

If within six months after the delivery, the product becomes unsafe or is defective, you may return it and elect to have it repaired, replaced, or have the purchase price refunded in full.
